The winners will be announced prior to the Annual Dinner & Awards Gala set for February 26th at The Farm. The nomination categories include Man & Woman of the Year, Small Business of the Year, and Young Professional of the Year.
Local clubs, organizations, churches, businesses, and citizens may nominate individuals for these awards. Qualifying nominees must live or work in Cook County. Additional criteria for each award can be found on the Chamber’s website. The submission deadline for nominees is noon on January 31, 2026.
“For the past several years we have been able to streamline the nomination process by allowing individuals to submit nominees online. This is more efficient and much easier for people to nominate worthy businesses and individuals for the celebrated awards. Our nomination review committee is made of previous honorees who have received these prestigious awards themselves” stated Chamber President Heather Green.
